Membership Criteria for Wedding and Special Event Suppliers
MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

Our goal is to feature only quality resources on our sites.  For that reason, listing on our sites is limited to established businesses with good customer service track records. To make sure that planners and suppliers listed on our sites receive the maximum possible exposure, the number of listings within each category on each City Resource Site are limited.

For purposes of continuity and credibility you must currently offer the service/product that you intend to list within a category.  As an example, if you are a caterer who offers event planning or rental equipment as part of a catering package you may list only under the "catering" category. However, if you offer event planning or rental equipment as a stand alone business distinctly separate from catering you may also have a listing under the "event planner" or "rentals" categories.

The current minimum requirements for our acceptance of applications are as follows;

To be considered for listing on our sites you must;

bullethave been in business for a minimum of 2 years prior to the date of application and have been registered as a business within the state that you are doing business for a period of not less than 2 years prior to the date of application.
bullethave an actual physical business address in the area of the "City Resource Site" where you want to be listed.  Sorry, at this time we do not list businesses who do business exclusively on the Internet or who only have P.O. Box addresses.  You MUST have a physical business address.
bulletnot have any unresolved complaints with your local BBB.
bullethave telephone service registered in the company/dba business name that you wish to list.
bulletPlus you will need an e-mail address that on line inquiries can be forwarded to.
